Tim McDonald – Founder Tim has over 30 years of proven success in the wine industry with positions in public relations, trade relations, marketing and sales, event management and wine education. His experience includes positions at prominent adult beverage companies; such as E&J Gallo where he served as Marketing Director Fine Wine Communications, Peak Wines as V.P. of Marketing and Communications, Trinchero Family Estates as Director of Trade Relations, with Heublein Wines as Director of Trade & Public Relations, and sales assignments with both Seagram and Heublein.
Tim has experience with all types of Media, National Accounts, Wholesale Distributors, Restaurant, and Retail segments. Tim has served as a Wine Judge at over 100 Wine and Spirits Competitions here in North America and spoken frequently on assembled panels at many wine industry events.
Rusty Eddy – Partner Rusty has been in the wine business since 1982. In addition to a cellar and vineyard background, Rusty has had PR stints at Fetzer Vineyards, GlenEllen/Benziger Wines, Vintage New World (Hogue Cellars, Kim Crawford Wines), R.H. Phillips, and from a previous business in Sonoma, R. Eddy Communications.

Helen Jane Hearn – VP Digital Strategies Having worked in digital media since 1997, Helen Jane Hearn’s wine industry experience spans all tiers of production. At Trinchero Family Estates and Treasury Wine Estates, she has developed the digital strategy for brands from Sutter Home to Etude. At Maplevine, she launched the Wine Sisterhood, marking a new era for women and wine communications. At Federated Media, she won gold medals in content marketing for her work with Levis and Hyundai.
